In the ceremony honoring Women’s Day and Mother’s Day, the esteemed ladies of the Shokri Industrial Group were recognized in the presence of administrative managers. During this event, Mr. Bathani, the administrative manager of Jahan Foulad Gharb, emphasized the behavior and conduct of Hazrat Fatimah , encouraging women to emulate her characteristics. He also acknowledged successful women in scientific and executive fields.
Following this, Dr. Derakhshideh, the administrative manager of Bisotoun Steel Company, stated that due to their multiple roles, women have a significant impact on the process of transformation and dynamism in crisis management, acting as powerful guides in such situations.
Therefore, their conscious participation in this area is of great importance. She added that the Shokri Industrial Group provides equal opportunities for both men and women, which is a source of pride for the staff. She expressed hope that in the future, gender stereotypes in society will be eliminated and that women will have a more prominent presence.
