Shokri Industrial Group, in line with its ongoing commitment to human capital development and continuous improvement of managerial competencies, held a comprehensive \u201cLeadership\u201d course.
The training event took place on Friday, 8 May, in the meeting hall of Shokri Industrial Group, with Dr. Javad Elahi as the course instructor.

\nThe course was designed to enhance key leadership competencies and guide the strategic direction of organizational progress, and it was attended by the full participation of senior managers across the group. Participants included members of the board of directors, CEOs of Bisotoun Steel, Jahan Foulad Gharb, Jahan Sanat Kermanshah, and Jahan Afshar companies, managers of steel production, foundry, and direct reduced iron (DRI) plants, as well as managers from maintenance, production, communications and IT, the university, commercial affairs, electrical departments, management systems and operational coordination, security, and support units. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This comprehensive program focused primarily on leadership principles and mentoring. Participants were introduced to modern approaches in managerial coaching in order to:
Institutionalize a culture of continuous learning and development within their units.
\nIdentify the potential capabilities of employees and future managers and work toward their development.
\nStrengthen professional relationships based on trust and collaboration at various organizational levels.
\nFacilitate effective processes of knowledge and experience transfer.
\nProvide constructive and goal-oriented feedback to improve ongoing performance.
\nThe course represented an important step toward developing capable leaders within Shokri Industrial Group. The integration of leadership, mentoring, and coaching approaches provides the necessary mechanisms for comprehensive employee development and increased organizational productivity.
