During the recent elections of the Board of Directors of the Iranian Steel Producers Association, held with the widespread participation of industry stakeholders, Mr. Jahandar Shokri, CEO of Bisotoun Steel, was once again elected to the board with an overwhelming majority of votes as the representative of the induction furnace sector.
This re-election is a clear testament to the lasting and widespread trust of the steel industry stakeholders in Mr. Shokri’s expertise, successful performance, and development-oriented vision. His effective presence in previous terms—especially in defending the interests of induction furnace producers and pursuing the demands of this sector—has solidified his position as one of the influential figures in the industry.
With Mr. Shokri’s renewed presence on the board, it is expected that the process of strengthening specialized policymaking, increasing interaction among producers, and enhancing the position of the induction furnace sector will be pursued more seriously.
