BISOTOUN STEEL COMPANY
Jahan Foolad Gharb Company approved the project for the production of steel products in 2003 and quickly began producing H and IPE steel sections. Recently, the company started producing the specialized IPN product and successfully obtained all necessary production licenses and the National Standard Certificate of Iran. The company has become one of Iran’s leading exporters of steel products in the region. Currently, its products are exported not only within Turkey but also to countries like Iraq, Armenia, UAE, Kuwait, Azerbaijan, and Georgia.
To complete the steel production chain, Bisotoun Steel, as a subsidiary of Shokri Industrial Group,
commenced its operations in 2011 alongside the massive Jahan Foolad Gharb complex, focusing on the production of construction billets and recently, alloy billets. The company produces construction billets of 5SP and 3SP grades, as well as alloy billets like St37, St52, Ck45, and MO40, with a cross-sectional area of 150×150 mm². These products are further processed by Jahan Foulad Gharb and Sima Foulad Jahan companies into steel sections with standard dimensions tailored to customer needs. The chemical analysis table for the ingots produced by Bisotoun Steel is as follows.
5sp ingots are mostly used in the production of rolling all kinds of rebar, wire, and belts.
St52 ingots are mostly used in the rolling production of all kinds of industrial structure parts, such as in the construction of high pressure power towers, all kinds of transport and industrial metal bridges, and all kinds of industrial columns and steel structures with high mechanical stress tolerance.
