As part of its ongoing commitment to human capital development, technical competency enhancement, and the promotion of a strong safety culture in industrial environments, the *Shokri Industrial Group conducted a specialized Overhead Crane Operator Training Program on May 18–19, 2026. The course was led by Mr. Rouhollah Ghaderi and attended by crane operators from Bisotoun Steel Company and Jahan Foulad Gharb*, along with HSE professionals from Bisotoun Steel.
The program was designed to strengthen participants’ technical expertise, enhance operational capabilities, and reinforce safe work practices, reflecting the Group’s continued focus on workforce development, operational excellence, and workplace safety.
The training program was designed and implemented to enhance participants’ knowledge and practical skills in overhead crane operations, promote safe and efficient lifting practices, reduce workplace hazards, and improve overall safety and productivity in the industrial environment.
Throughout the course, participants received comprehensive instruction on a range of critical topics, including the technical principles of overhead crane operation, safety requirements for lifting and material-handling activities, hazard identification and risk mitigation during operational processes, compliance with relevant procedures and industry standards, and the role of specialized training in accident prevention.
